Who Worked It Better?

While in Miami for Superbowl weekend, Rihanna sported a ruffled blue Christian Siriano dress, haut! Well yeah, Kat DeLuna wore the same dress on Jan. 20 in NYC. Christian Siriano sure is a celebrity favorite on the red carpet isn’t she!

While I think both girls look glam, I think the ruffle and the length work better on a taller silhouette…aka Rihanna, but what do you think?

    Gotta give this one to Rihanna. Feels like when Kat’s wearing it all I see is dress but with Rihanna I see a hot woman, and then a hot dress.
