After 25 seasons, Oprah Winfrey is saying good-bye to daytime TV.

Harpo Productions has confirmed that Oprah has decided to end her talk show, “The Oprah Winfrey Show,” and will make the announcement on Friday.

Winfrey began her show in 1986. The final episode of “The Oprah Winfrey Show” is scheduled to air in May 2011.
