Every now and again I come across some really cool people. It’s always nice to share these experiences with my viewers, especially when the people I talk to are young entrepreneurs, business professionals, musicians, athletes, or just plain fetch individuals.
A while back I had the opportunity to sit down with 20 year old CEO of Superstar Nail Lacquer, fellow Michigan State Spartan and entrepreneur, Ariana Pierce!

How do you sell your ideas?
I love being creative. I always create collections and ads for Superstar Nail Lacquer that are fashionable, artistic, and makes every woman feel like a superstar. I’m really into fashion photography so I like to incorporate my pictures into my company to sell my overall idea of Rich Girl Beauty On A Real Girl’s Budget.
What was the last book you read, and what does it say about you?
I’ve been reading a lot of marketing books lately. I’m always looking for new ideas to grow my business. Also, I went back and reviewed my audio book, 30 Days To Making It. It keeps me on track with my goals and where I want to take my company. (It’s available on my site at www.arianapierce.com)
What sets your company apart from any other company?
Superstar Nail Lacquer is for the sophisticated girl on the go. My colors are fast drying and Eco-chic.
What is the difference between good and exceptional?
Good is just getting the job done. Exceptional is going beyond what is expected. It’s going the extra mile and doing the work others are too lazy to do.
